REFUND POLICY

We offer money back guarantee on purchases on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

Unfortunately we cannot refound you if you changed your mind and din want it anymore with the product that you have purchased from us, once the products have been delivered, they cannot be returned or refund due to unhappiness. The products can only be returned and refund due to damage. If the product is damaged, you have 1 day after delivery to inform us and reject the product. After the 1 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product . If the article is returned unopened in the original box. Buyers are entitled to try the fashion products to test the sizes and colors, they must be returned with their tag and packages as stated earlier. Buyers cannot try the candles and soaps as stated earlier. The colors and shapes can be compared with the specifications sent to the seller, but cannot light the candles or use the soaps. Candles and sopas are handmade so they will not be 100% same as it shows on the website, also will not be the same every time you purchase them. Delivery fees are not refundable as stated earlier. There will also be no partial refunds of money paid. Upon the fulfillment and understanding of all provisions above, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.

If you are eligible for a refund. The following applies to you.

Once your returned article is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. The credit delivery time is not guaranteed, it's vary due to different banks. No partial refund allowed.

Final Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for final sale items. Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Spirodite does not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.

RETURN POLICY

Buyer shall be entitled to return rejected Goods to Supplier at Buyer’s expense and risk of loss for, at Buyer’s option. Replacement goods to be received within the time period specified by the seller, buyers don’t have rights to request the delivery date for replacement products. Title to rejected Goods that are returned to Supplier shall transfer to Supplier upon such delivery and such Goods shall not be replaced by Supplier except upon written instructions from Buyer. Supplier shall not deliver Goods that were previously rejected on grounds of non-compliance with this Agreement, unless delivery of such Goods is approved in advance by Buyer, and is accompanied by a written disclosure of Buyer’s prior rejection(s).

For some handmade products, once you placed the order, we'll start process, if the order has been processed or shipp out, the order cannot be canceled. Please email us to know if the order is cancelable or not.

Silver jewelry is sofe and easy to be bent, if it is bent due to shipping, use fingers gently bend it back. it doesn't count as damage. Candles might have decorations on them, decorations may fall down/apart due to shipping, simply light up the candle and wait until there melted wax, place the decorations at the place you want and wait it to be cooled. All of these condi are not damaged and the products cannot be rejected due to these reasons. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items: Some health and personal care items such as soap. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask us for the shipping address before the return of the order. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
