DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed as soon as possible. All candles and soaps are handmade so it will take more time. The processing time may vary based on shapes, colors , smells, and types of candles and soaps.
Shipments or deliveries occur on weekends and weekdays and holidays and can from time to time be conditional upon the availability of the seller’s holidays. We will ship your order as soon as we can.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
Customers will be informed once their products are shipped, they will be able to track their orders once the shipping company updates the tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes:
Sporodite is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Spirodite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is buyers’ responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We’ll do our best to speed up the processing and shipping time. Please contact us immediately at Lspirodite@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If your order has been shipped out, we’re unable to help you with address changing. We’ll not provide any refund for your order due to wrong shipping address.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Spirodite does not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
